The audience for this site and that messaging program is HVAC and home service business owners, prospects, and active DeliaAutomation clients — not their end customers or homeowners.
Each DeliaAutomation client may operate a separate SMS program from their own dedicated phone number to communicate with their own customers. Those programs are governed by the privacy policy and consent flows on the client's own website, not this one.
